Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest services
- Manage and mentor weekend hospitality staff (concierge, bell staff, valet)
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinate weekend event operations and special accommodation requests
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and brand standards
- Monitor weekend occupancy trends and adjust staffing accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team on weekend promotions and packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven leadership in luxury or high-volume service environments
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans tourism, attractions, and culture
- Proficiency in Opera, PMS, and hospitality management systems
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/holidays
- Spanish fluency preferred (French a plus)
