Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate weekend event operations and special requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations promptly
- Maintain pristine facility standards across all public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage weekend cash handling procedures
- Support weekend staff training and onboarding initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in reservation and POS systems
- Valid California food handler/safety certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability during peak weekend periods
