Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests through personalized interactions
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine facility standards during peak weekend periods
- Process payments and manage weekend financial transactions
- Support weekend event coordination and guest activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if transportation required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
