Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest experiences across front desk, concierge, and event support functions
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with dining and event teams for seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries using our proprietary hospitality CRM system
- Execute weekend inventory management and facility readiness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Proficiency with digital reservation and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Dallas local knowledge and passion for local culture
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
