Responsibilities

- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries

- Operate resort amenities (pool, fitness center) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort standards
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
