Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend events, festivals, and private functions
- Manage venue operations including setup, inventory, and POS transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance across all service areas

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with basic food/beverage service and merchandising tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
