Responsibilities

- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during weekend events

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Support promotional activities during high-traffic weekend periods
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, PM/PM hours)
- Strong cash handling and basic math skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities
- Must be 21+ years old (per gaming regulations)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
