Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and guest assistance
- Manage venue operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown activities
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday & Sunday shifts (5am-11pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
