Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and attention to detail
- Operate property management systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Maintain immaculate common areas and enforce safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Proficient in basic computer systems and POS software
- Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
