Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at check-in, check-out, and during resort inquiries
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with event setup and concierge services
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and inventory
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for cohesive guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability: Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Basic knowledge of Orlando attractions and events
