Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during Saturday and Sunday operations
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests with precision
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (flexible start/end times)
