Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and assistance during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort systems
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting common areas and guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
