Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees at festivals, conferences, and pop-up events
- Manage registration/check-in areas and assist with attendee inquiries
- Ensure venue safety and cleanliness throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members for seamless event operations
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Francisco
