Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend patrons with attention to detail
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting dining and reception areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
