Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solutions-oriented mindset
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
