Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including poolside concierge and beachfront assistance
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes for high-volume guest arrivals
- Coordinate with dining and event teams for seamless weekend service transitions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area expertise
- Maintain pristine resort standards across public spaces and recreational facilities
- Support weekend event operations setup and guest flow management
- Complete detailed shift handovers and operational documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Valid California Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic computer proficiency with resort management systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Local Long Beach knowledge is a significant plus
