Our Weekend Associates are the heart of our guest experience, creating welcoming atmospheres and delivering exceptional service. With guaranteed Saturday/Sunday shifts and no weekday commitments, this position allows you to maintain your weekday schedule while building valuable hospitality skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate weekend event setups and maintain venue aesthetics
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not required)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-8pm)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
