Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences during weekend shifts
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping teamsResolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Conduct property tours and promote resort amenities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
