Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services across resort amenities including pools, dining, and event spaces
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate weekend group bookings and special event logistics
- Maintain pristine resort facilities during peak Saturday/Sunday operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, professional solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Strong communication skills and Fresno community awareness
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (training provided)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid California driver's license (for resort errands)
