Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our high-traffic venue
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages and light food items
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
