Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pool, beach, and dining areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate weekend event operations and ensure facility cleanliness standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate resort documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and resort regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
