Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during Saturday/Sunday peak hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Prepare and maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license (for local errands)
