Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, poolside, and during resort activities
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Operate point-of-sale systems for retail and beverage services
- Assist with event setup and guest engagement during weekend functions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine resort standards across public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-8PM shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in tropical climate
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties if applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
