Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with weekend event setups and breakdowns
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm or 4pm-midnight)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
- Must pass background check
