Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed logs and reporting systems
- Support weekend event operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability: Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for valet role)
