Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties
- Manage weekend front desk operations including reservation systems and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend guest requests
- Assist with weekend event setup and venue management for private functions
- Maintain accurate weekend occupancy reports and inventory tracking
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using our CRM system
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, Delphi) or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
