Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events and venues
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification processes
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across event spaces
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with event staff
- Support inventory management for concessions and merchandise
- Adhere to all venue protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (flexible start times)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for venue transportation needs)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy settings
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must pass background check and venue-specific certifications
