Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping services
- Operate point-of-sale systems for payments and reservations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Prepare detailed reports on occupancy and guest feedback
- Maintain pristine front desk and common areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with basic computer systems and POS software
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
