Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at our premium Manhattan location
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend peak hours
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with weekend events and VIP guest experiences
- Contribute to weekend inventory management
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
