Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences during weekend peak hours
- Manage room assignments and key distribution efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with maintenance/ housekeeping teams
- Assist with event setup and valet parking operations on weekends
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for valet operations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible attitude toward weekend scheduling
