- Manage weekend front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Coordinate with event teams for weekend weddings and corporate functions
- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area expertise
- Assist with weekend inventory management and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
