Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to resort guests in high-energy public areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in lobby, pool, and common areas
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for guest safety
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Participate in weekend shift rotations including evenings and holidays
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Valid Nevada gaming card or willingness to obtain
