Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout property
- Assist with special weekend events and promotions
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
