Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at premier coastal properties and special events
- Manage check-in/out processes and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate event setup, operations, and breakdown for weekend functions
- Maintain immaculate property standards and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell premium services and create memorable guest moments
- Complete accurate reporting and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid California Driver's License (if transportation required)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of hospitality software (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
