Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Assist with daily living activities and monitor patient health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to maintain treatment plans
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
