Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including mobility assistance, medication administration, and personal hygiene support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations using EMR systems
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend care
- Complete accurate shift handovers and documentation
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute or long-term care
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Washington State driver's license for transport duties
