Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily loading, unloading, and inventory management activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Mentor and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing constructive feedback and training.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any machinery issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace adhering to 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational challenges and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Strong ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems.
