Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight using industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Tools: Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
