Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper storage and organization in the warehouse.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
