Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or adjust shifts based on business needs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) preferred but not always required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
