Responsibilities
- Manage weekend team operations across 2-3 high-traffic service locations
- Coordinate client communications and service delivery during peak weekend hours
- Implement inventory management systems for weekend supply chains
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service protocols and safety compliance
- Generate weekend performance reports and optimization recommendations
- Resolve escalated client issues with 15-minute SLA response time
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with weekday management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift leadership or operations management
- Proven weekend/holiday work history in service or retail environments
- Advanced certification in conflict resolution or team leadership
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays
