Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure team productivity targets are met
- Manage 8-10 person teams across multiple departments (retail, logistics, hospitality)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Train new weekend staff on company procedures and performance standards
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS software
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule including early morning/late night shifts
- Basic knowledge of labor law compliance and scheduling software
