Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend service operations across 5+ Chicago neighborhoods
- Manage 10-15 field staff daily, ensuring quality service delivery
- Handle client communications and resolve service issues in real-time
- Maintain inventory and equipment for weekend operations
- Process payments and manage weekend revenue streams
- Conduct post-service quality checks and client follow-ups
- Update operational systems and prepare weekend performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years operations or field management experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in mobile dispatch apps and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Chicago neighborhood knowledge preferred
