Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all visitors and clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Operations Support: Support daily operational workflows, including data entry and reporting.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during weekend shifts.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions and handle cash handling with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
