Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all weekend warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to ensure optimal productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety inspections to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock accuracy using our ERP systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Full-Time Weekend Shifts).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
