Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and operational workflows during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Process customer orders, verify inventory, and ensure accurate data entry into the management system.
- Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries professionally during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office or warehouse management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
