Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient inventory counts and stock replenishment during weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Ensure the loading and unloading of freight is completed on schedule and without damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis (approx. 40 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
