Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations and inventory management protocols to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks during peak weekend hours.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent Full Time schedule.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
