Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at weekend events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, stages, and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with guest inquiries
- Monitor event spaces for safety and compliance with venue protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team for seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management of event materials and supplies
- Report operational issues to on-site management team
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays weekly (no weekday commitment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to event locations across SF
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
