Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor setup and teardown at weekend markets and festivals
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with promotional activities and social media engagement
- Conduct post-event surveys and compile performance analytics
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with digital event management tools
- Valid Oregon driver's license for equipment transport
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
